MaryJo was very communicative with all the details we needed. We brought our 2 pups with us. It was a little cramped with 4 adults and 2 dogs however we knew we would be. The yard was big and mostly fenced (it is open on the side if you have a pet that will run). The beds.....oh my the beds!! I slept so good and they were so very comfy! We even looked up the brand of the bed and are considering it for home! The beach entrance was 3 houses down, so nice easy access. I highly recommend this cottage. It had a cute little backyard and was walking distance to the beach. The property owner was very responsive to communication and made sure we understood the rules regarding pets and the check in process. Check in was quite easy, I had really great communication from the owner about timing, procedures, etc. The bedrooms are cozy, but comfy and the whole place is well appointed. I was easily able to do some cooking with the pots and pans available in the place. The furniture in the living room is comfortable and the TV is huge. There are two decks, one in the front and one in the back which were great to relax on for a meal, or an evening unwind. Peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the front, but the cottage itself is just steps away from a beach-level public entrance to the beach. We loved being able to bring our dog. The beds were comfy and the house was clean. It was a bit of a challenge to sit and eat together but we worked it out. House is smaller than it appears in listing. I wouldn't want more than 4 adults as it is a cozy little place. The kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfy and the fireplace was perfect for our rainy weekend. The location left nothing to be desired; the sounds of the ocean provided the soundtrack for our trip, and I could easily pop across the street to stroll along the beach with ease to walk the dog, watch my daughter play with sand, and comb for beach treasures. Our host was very responsive whenever we had questions and made us feel well taken care of. Would happily stay again! ##### Arian D.
