Most everything is walking distance or a very short drive and it had ample room in the garage to store sandy beach items and with small children, it came in handy. The host had great communication and was very responsive. I highly recommend this townhome for any one wanting to be close to the beach and other places of interest where you can have a short walk to get to wherever you want to go...

"We decided to have a sister’s weekend and attend the Shrimp Festival. We had an amazing time. The view from the rooms to the ocean was amazing. Loved being able to walk a short distance to the beach and at dark sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plan to come back every year!"

"The house was just as advertised with the bedrooms, finishings, pool, putting green, bocce court, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, etc. The water treatment plant next door did smell from time to time. It is a 5 star stay with all the amenities and 5 bedrooms. That was the best part."

We had previously rented the other side of the duplex last year and knew the area was were we could access the beach and walk a quiet neighborhood with our dog. The fenced yard allowed us to let our dog out without having to keep him on a leash. If you have a smaller dog, check to be sure they can't get out. "We had a wonderful three night stay. The unit was exactly as described and was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the huge tv in the living room. Three unexpected bonuses: 1) the short walk on the beach to the Ritz Carlton where we went for lunch and drinks 2) The unit was two stories which really gave us a lot of extra room. "Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....

It was a little odd having the owner right upstairs, but they werent very intrusive. You cannot see the beach, but it only 30 or so yards to walk to. Overall, satisfied....."

"This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon."
