Naval Weapons Station Yorktown Vacation Packages

One thing that really stood out was how friendly the staff were ,they made us feel very welcome. The property is a little outdated, but still overall nice and comfortable. It’s also in a great location, just two blocks from the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room during the two nights we stayed. We didn’t necessarily need it, but we expected they would come by. Also, when my son’s ball rolled under the bed, we found a dirty sock and a sippy cup with juice still in it. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it might be helpful for housekeeping to check under the beds during cleaning. Overall happy with our stay and the location was convenient.

Great except the plastic sheets on bed

I liked the location, but I was disappointed that the property never responded to our complaint about not having a hair dryer and shampoo in the room. The pool was too open to the lobby and the street; we prefer more privacy for the pool.

The room was excellent! The view amazing!! Beach access was awesome!! Girl checking us in was new and kinda clueless. Got there early and wanted to check in she said shed call me back, 20mins later no call back, so had to wait til i seen a maintenance man to let us in to check in. You need codes to get in and out of the building. Hot water didnt work 1st day i went and reported it they fixed it immediately. Kitchen was stocked with all your cooking and baking supplies. The water knobs are backwards tho. Bed was firmer than i cared for, but thats personal opinion. Kids and husband loved it, none of us wanted to leave.

Location was great. The pool is nice and the view from our balcony was spectacular. The hotel is a little dated and could use a refresh. But we had a wonderful time and would go back. The price was right
