The views from the hotel were amazing and all the reviews of seeing monkeys was true. We had 5 pass through our balcony while we were sitting right there. It was amazing and unforgettable!

Luis and Maurice were very professional and helpful during our stay. Luis helped us with arranging activities and transportation. Maurice served us during breakfast and dinner and a lady who was always smiling and gracious. The ladies who cleaned our rooms provided towels and toiletries when needed. The spa service was excellent! When it rained hard, water did enter through the front door. So I am sure it needs to be sealed. Overall, the stay was refreshing and the scenery and grounds are beautiful.
