The property is very nice. Staff were super helpful and helped us navigate our staff, including making reservations for restaurants and our La Chimba hike. The only constructive feedback I had was for the hot tub. It isn't hot, it's lukewarm and not very comfortable. Though gym facility was really nice.

We did not know til we arrived that it is the tallest building in downtown The view is breathtaking from any area

Our room appeared clean but later found a contact lense by our bed. The balacony terrace with the beautiful view was closed off to us as there was a private event. It’s pretty frustrating that we couldn’t use the amenities even tho we too were a guest. Not to mention the mess and noise of construction next door. When visiting again will not stay at that hotel.

I love this hotel! The service was AMAZING and the structure of the hotel guarantees a beautiful view no matter where you are. Very clean! Food and drinks were great too.
