Colonial Inn Franklin

10/10 Excellent

"Check in was quick and easy when we arrived, the Patel's run a nice place. Room was very clean and tidy. I think they recently redid the floors was nice. The staff is helpful and you can get coffee early in the morning. Parking has never been an issue even with it being a small hotel. This is my usual when I travel to Franklin for my car group."

Two Rivers Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"The room was very clean which is very important to me. The Staff, Husband and wife were very friendly. Each room has a place to park your car, and there are chairs outside your room to sit in which is nice. This was a short weekend trip for us, but I would definitely feel comfortable staying longer. Having a mini frig, microwave and coffee pot was enough for us. There is a nice river you can walk down to to see, unfortunately we didn’t have the time. We were visiting friends in Bryson so our time was limited in our room."

Fontana Village Resort

10/10 Excellent

"It was fun to be able to walk around the entire resort… down to the general store, the ice cream parlor, the restaurant for a tasty beverage, coffee, and a delicious breakfast burrito in the morning… and walkback up to our room. The walkability of the entire resort was fun for us. We were there to be close to Fontana Dam and it’s very convenient."

Microtel Inn by Wyndham Franklin

8/10 Good

"The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was cereal, boiled eggs, sausage sandwiches, cereal and waffles. No pool or hot tub. There is no fridge or microwave in the single queen rooms. Website says available upon request, which is false. The only option was to upgrade at $15 more per day to have a room wirh fridge and microwave. Otherwise, rooms were clean, I would stay again."
