The housekeeping team did a tremendous job every single day. Each time we returned to our room, it felt just like the moment we first checked in — perfectly clean, fresh, and beautifully arranged. She was genuinely kind and helpful, and you could truly feel her sincerity in the way she assisted us. Her professionalism and warmth made a real difference to our experience. During check-out, Ellie from the front office was absolutely amazing. She continued to assist us until we were comfortably settled into our taxi. That level of care and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient — just a couple of minutes from Line 2, City Hall Station Exit 9 — making it very easy to get around Seoul. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when I return to Seoul, especially because of the outstanding housekeeping and front office staff. They are truly the heart of this hotel."

"部屋は清潔で、過剰なサービスはありません。泊まった部屋は大型冷蔵庫、オーブンレンジ、シンクが備わっていて、スーパーで購入して食べることができます。ホテルのエントランスを出てすぐと、ホテルの向かいにもコンビニがあり便利です。徒歩5分くらいで3路線の地下鉄駅があるので、どこに行くのも便利でした。"

"We had a lovely time staying at the Westin. Our room was spacious and had the nice view of Hwangudan Altar. Every staff we met were polite and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we slept well every night. Breakfast had lots of varieties and tasted delicious. The location was very good with easy walking distance to many places that we liked to see. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi one afternoon also."
