we checked in to the room at 4 and I noticed a musky smell and very warm room, about 76 degrees, we lowered the temperature and left for sightseeing and dinner , back to room at 9 to see the room is smelly and warm and AC won’t work, called the front seat sending the maintenance and after set and reset and loud vacuum! 9:45 they gave up , they gave us a room with smaller bed but working AC and no smell ! however there was no body wash and shampoo and at this point it was 10:30 and I had no energy to call the front desk! overall the hotel is clean and well maintained, small details makes it hard to say if I loved it or hate it .

The room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out was smooth. Only issue. After bring out all day we came back to a clean room but one of the hotel provided $3.00 water bottles was half drunk. I was not as concerned about the cost as much as someone being in our room and doing this. I informed the front desk who said a note would be put in our file. However, we were still charged. If this person had just opened the mini fridge and taken one of our many water bottles or drinks we would not have even noticed.

The stay was ok. The room was ok. Definitely not the nicest staff and not the cleanest hotel. For the amount of money paid, I would definitely not do it again. The nicest people we encountered were the valet guys. One of the waitresses at breakfast was absolutely so nasty that we did not go back there again for breakfast the rest of the time. Definitely not impressed. Outdated hallways and the elevator were pretty dirty in the mornings. I always stay at Marriotts and this was not a great experience.
