Breakfast menu is huge and varied. Worth getting. Our size room was fantastic, worth paying the extra floor space especially if it is ypur last hotel stop before fly home.

Staff at hotel was very friendly. Room was clean, and housekeeping was fantastic. Location was supreme being right in city walk. They have a candy and drink welcome for guests from 2 - 9 which the kids love. Universal City Station was 2 min away as well, very convenient. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

The room is not too big but has enough space for my family (2 adults 2 young kids) to sleep. It is super clean and makes you feel like living in a Japanese home which is an awesome experience. 👍 Has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Strongly recommended for budget travellers.

The hot springs spa was amazing and very useful. It had different options for you to soak in from very hot to not so hot. I loved the hot pool with the cold bar to rest your head on. It made the experience that much more exciting. Overall very good time there and will definitely come back.

Useful free bus shuttle to station. Staff very courteous. Handy for station but perhaps a little too far from downtown Kyoto. Didn’t use pool as there was a substantial charge per person per session. Would have expected guest use for free.
