« My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! »

« Don’t even think twice: staying in the Green Room will make your time in the city amazing. Follow the helpful instructions to enter the apartment and it is like entering the Emerald City. « We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. « We didn’t stay! The “property manager” cancelled our stay while we were on our way from the airport to meet them for KEYS!!! No one has responded to me! It was a disaster! I was leaving the airport with my husband and daughter and two seperate “property managers” called me to tell me there was a maintenance issue and that the apartment was not available! We had to scramble to find a hotel in NYC last minute, literally on our way to the city from the airport! »

« An absolutely delightful group of individuals who assisted with all the pre-planning paperwork and details to assure our smooth arrival. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. « My daughter and I stayed in a different property than this one, they had to move us because of some plumbing issues at the one we booked. But no matter, the place we ended up staying was absolutely amazing! It was probably better than the one that we were booked for because we were just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Center the property itself was very clean and easy to get in and out of. I would absolutely want to book with this company again! »
