"I usually carry a black light with me for my work, and unfortunately, the room that they put me in, obviously had sheets as well as comforters and bedspreads that had not been washed the towels. Some of those weren’t washed, but had fluids on them from other people unfortunately, there was music that was going till 3:34 AM or right around 4:00am sign in was pretty fast as it was mostly automated had trouble with getting a couple of cards to activate and had to swap them out for others"

"It's better then i thought it would be. We stayed in the Skytower area and the rooms were ok a little out dated and the cleanliness well i guess what you would expect I come in and wipe everything down either way. There is self check in so you really don't have to deal with staff however they are there of you need further assistance. They were very helpful. Overall my family had a great time. The amusement park is very nice and so is the arcade. The only thing i don't like is the smoke smell. "

"Extra security was out for the flamingoes after the incident. Glad they were keeping them safe."

"I got there @3:00am got charged for the pay for the resort for that day and on the third day, the pool was canceled and I had to leave for my flig"

"Its was a nice atmosphere. Not a fan of the smoking allowed inside, but that's something you have to get used to down here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kiosk check on and out were fast and easy. "

"Great stay overall,and the location was ideal for everything we needed. However, I had made multiple requests ahead of time to remove two specific minibar items due to food allergies. Even after explaining the situation, I was told I would be charged to clear the entire minibar!I forget the price, but that included alcohol, water bottles, phone charges etc… ADA accommodations should be reasonable and not come with extra charges for a health-related request. As a result, we ended up wiping down all surfaces & other cleaning ourselves each day to avoid any risk of cross-contamination. It did not ruin the trip, but it definitely added unnecessary stress that could have been avoided with more flexibility."
