"From the moment I walked into the cottage, I instantly felt at home — I even joked that I wanted to move in! The owner went above and beyond, decorating for my arrival and even leaving a thoughtful gift and card for me, which truly made my stay extra special.The home itself was perfect — neat, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need, making it so easy to just relax and enjoy my time. The location was fantastic, close to everything yet still peaceful and charming.Every detail felt so well thought out, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable getaway"

"I dont know where to start. It was beyond my expectations! Absolutely stunning views and we were fortunate to have good weather. Only disappointment was no AC, i guessed i missed it on the booking. And the internet is spotty, wouldn't bother with it but you do need your phone to operate the TV.But, all that can be overlooked by the property and the view to heaven.Would love to book it again for next year but i cant afford it, ha, but i will be back!Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!"

"We had a wonderful week at John’s place in Magnolia. The location was just as described. Easy walk to the private town beach and convenience store for necessities. The home was open and airy, dog friendly with all we needed and we couldn’t have asked for a quieter, friendlier neighborhood with lots of privacy. The outdoor shower was the best! Thank you to John! We would consider coming again next year for sure! "
