"We loved staying at the Hotel Granvia Kyoto. The staff we interacted with were all amazing and went above and beyond to provide the best service to us. We enjoyed our stay and the complimentary upgraded room! We hope to stay here again when we come back to visit. Thank you for a memorable experience "

"This was my favourite hotel to stay at during our 15 days in Japan. Location was fantastic. Staff were all very kind and courteous. The rooms were the cleanest and most spacious we had. Bus stops/train close by. Nishiski market is like a 7 minute walk away. Pontocho alley and gion all close by. We did not partake in breakfast so I can’t speak on that. I do recommend the bakery next door as others have mentioned. I would 100% stay here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kyoto. "
