« Nice, neat, clean and newly remodeled this was a great place to unwind after spending the day doing outdoor activities. The sheets were super comfortable and the towels were unusually fluffy for a rental. The TV was giant and thoroughly appreciated! Enjoyed our stay. This was a dog friendly house and if you are traveling with a dog just be aware that the backyard is fenced but only accessible out a side door and around the corner to the fenced yard. « We were very happy with Myrtle’s Place. It was convenient to all the things were looking to do. We had a wedding in Anstead and then we wanted to hangout in Fayetteville and Lansing. The house was fantastic! It was great for the space and amenities. Next time we come we hope to use the fire pit! Thanks for making our stay so great!!! »

« I have to say, this was one of the most well-stocked, and cleanest VRBOs we’ve been in. It is an older home, but I don’t think there was one speck of dirt to be seen anywhere! And there was soap, extra tp, bikes, hammocks, more than enough towels, plenty of everything for anything you might need in a pinch! « There were plenty of beds and space. It was clean and comfortable. it had plenty of dishes, and we appreciated that there were laundry facilities. It was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to get to in New River Gorge National Park. »

« Beautiful location and perfect for those attending nearby Summit Bechtel. House is clean and has a large kitchen. Eight beds and a couple couches, plenty of room for a bunch of scouts. Proce is great too. Only issue is a small one, but the upstairs ceiling is an extremely short, so not meant to walk around in unless your a kid. Overall, great location, communication, and house for a large group. »

The kitchen let many be in there at the same getting food without getting in each other's way. The kids enjoyed the game room and kept themselves entertained. The back yard was large and felt like an oasis, with the hot tub and fire pit.
