The parking was off street but not sure more than one or two cars could fit. The decor in this home is so cute. Think 60ā€™s and 70ā€™s with a bit of Boho thrown in. Central air downstairs and window units in upstairs bedrooms that all worked well during the July heatwave. Showers never ran out of hot water and the pressure was perfect. The location is a convenient walk to the downtown shops and right across the street from Secret Sandwich Society. The fire pit in the back was also a nice bonus to have for smores. The kitchen/dining/living areas were perfect for all of us to gather together and we really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace vibe in the back. There was ample room for all of us to have our own bedroom and we LOVED each having our own bathroom. Wendy was kind and prompt in her communication. She knows a lot about the town and is very helpful with recommendations! There is a Mexican restaurant across the street (delicious) and the property is a short walk to Fayetteville's downtown shops. We were also only 5 minutes away from the New River Gorge Bridge and hikes. Would highly recommend this property to anyone hoping to enjoy the town and the national park in a centralized location! ##### Kaylene K. Wendy, the owner, was very responsive to our needs during our stay. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were a huge plus for our family of six. The kitchen sink is a three compartment sink ( like used in restaurants) is positioned much higher than most sinks so my shorter children got out of washing dishes. There is a small dishwasher available on a very slow shelf. We just prefer to wash dishes by hand. The weather was chilly during our visit so we didnā€™t use the outdoor space. However the front porch and back patio were inviting. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are slippery. Be very cautious if wearing socks!
