No trailering needed to access the trails. Access to Rockhouse is 2.5 miles down the road the house is located on. Enjoy evenings sitting on either of the covered attached outdoor areas, or around the fire pit relaxing in Adirondack chairs. The home has 2 full baths, master is an en-suite. Kitchen is outfitted for meal preparation. A two car attached garage is also included to lock up rides and gear! Wifi and Roku Convenient to amenities including gas, grocery store and restaurants. Perfect for trail riders wanting to access the Hatfield and McCoy trail system. No need to trailer your ATV. Trail entrance to Rockhouse is on the same road! Parking for two trucks and trailers in backyard driveway, also available to fit 2 more using side yard and front yard. Restaurants, trail entrances, repairs, and grocery stores are all between 1 and 3 miles away. Three bedrooms and two full baths to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Two bed rooms have twin beds and a master with attached private bathroom and queen bed. Beds are very comfortable. Backyard parking for your trucks and trailers as well as a fire pit for your relaxing evenings by the fire with friends. Feel free to use side and front yards for additional parking. Free firewood provided. The house has two covered outdoor lounging areas with ample seating. A gas grill with propane is provided. The whole house is yours for your visit to Gilbert.
