"Stayed 3 days then back for 5 days. Its a half hour to cottonwood or to Sedona. Nice room at a good price. A/C works. Nice bed and bedding. Good size rooms. Decent breakfast options. Great staff. Our 3rd year staying here. Looking forward to next year as well. "

"My family found got great to unwind at the house after a day sightseeing in the Sedona area. Really enjoyed listening to the creek in the morning and at night. The camp fire helped take the chill at of the February air. The house had plenty room for our group of 5. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen because it felt like we were outside with all the windows."

"Marcy and Kevin are amazing hosts. They gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do that were dog friendly! The place was beautifully decorated and cozy. There wasn’t an amenity that they didn’t think of from a coffee corner to a pillow bar. They were so friendly and responsive for any questions we had. We will definitely be back on our next Sedona adventure! "

"What a wonderful place! We truly enjoyed our stay here. It’s close enough to Donna and Cottonwood yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet and stars. We really appreciate all the little extras that a lot of houses do not provide such as coffee, cream, spices, bathroom, supplies, etc. We will definitely come back if we’re in the area again."

"If you don't mind driving into scetchy areas, a naked photo on the wall, no chairs to sit, only a bed, then this might be ok for you. It is smaller than the pictures make it appear. Didn't see a coffee maker but there might have been one somewhere. Walked out and stayed somewhere else."
