"We had a queen suite and it was really good. Lots of room, 2 queen very comfortable beds and a large screen TV. It is maintained nice in the rooms, but outside could use some updates. The parking lot and outdoor furniture isnt very attractive. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again."

"Beat up, dirty, guys drinking liquor on the steps when you're trying to get your room, I think that for the same price there's a better hotel with it. 30 yd away from it."

This is a model Super8. We stay here whenever visited Las Vegas NM to visit with our son at the UWC-USA in Montezuma. It was the best Super 8 in the world a few years ago, and you can see why. Absolutely clean, lots of house-pride in the staff and management, and astoundingly good and friendly service.
In fact the only thing I can think for improvement is the brand. This staff and management could easily run a much fancier brand of hotel as well.
But this is how an American hotel/motel should be...
