As a constructive point for improvement, the only area that could benefit from some attention is the front desk service. We had to complete the check-in process twice and received conflicting information regarding payment conditions. Additionally, we experienced recurring issues with our room keys over five days, which required us to return to the front desk daily for assistance. There were also some inconsistencies with bathroom amenities. Improving coordination and service at the front desk would further elevate an already excellent hotel experience. "I love the Hilton Copacabana. The best views of Copacabana from my room window. Very clean hotel, very kind and courteous staff. Special shout out to my room attendant Valtbir he was so nice to my family and I and gave us great tips to be safe in Rio..The breakfast buffet was the absolute best! A variety of Fresh fruits and the older man that works at the omelette station was always so nice to me. Thanks to the entire staff of Hilton Copacabana you made our vacation absolutely special.. I would definitely go back to Hilton Copacabana."
