Upstairs (air conditioning): \* Two attic bedrooms (2 single beds 90\*190 and bathroom/toilet adjoining each bedroom). \* Central living room. Land planted with olive trees Summer kitchen-plancha, relaxation area Parking with closed gate allowing several cars to be parked safely. Charges included. End of stay cleaning included. Two baby beds, baby chair available. Linen rental/request. Air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms as well as in the mezzanine/living room. Smells Provence on the heights of the French Riviera coastline, olive trees and oaks. Take place in this beautiful and large independent house, enjoy the quiet situation in all seasons and the panorama over the Paillon Valley and from the city of Nice to the sea, Cap d'Antibes and Esterel. A hilltop village in the Nice, Blausasc offers advantage to be close to Nice (20 km), Monaco and all the leisure activities and services of the Côte d'Azur and the Italian Riviera.
