It's located near a lot of shops and food, so there's plenty of things within walkable distance. I was there during the 神宮大祭, it was the peak season at Miyasaki. Hotel told me to checkin at 3pm (I was there early at 2pm), when i's back, they said rooms were not ready. Then they gave me a room which was not fully cleaned up, but they can provide tge rooms for ALL the Japanese immediately.
