Majority of the staff was very nice and accommodating especially since we did not speak Spanish. Most speak only Spanish but tried to understand. Be prepared for a lot of cigarette/cigar smoke everywhere especially at the beach

Francis and Christian were the best out of everyone. They made the trip so much fun and enjoyable. Always put a smile on your face. They had the vibes.
The room was extremely nice and clean as well!

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

Clean room, friendly staff, pool was very nice. They had a Mariachi band during dinner; very nice. we had a good time. My wife really loved the Casino. Fridays and Saturdays they had live Merengue Bands inside casino area.
