Clean and new! Good breakfast - though could use fresh fruit and peanut butter! (And the butter kept refrigerated meant it was rock hard).
Interesting signage in the room that allowed the cleaning staff to identify who was cleaning - I find this personalization (or a note), highly increases the chances I’ll leave a cash tip. Also the room service information has a QR code doesn’t work - probably means no service - but better to have clear signage re amenities in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel counter employee Andrew was extremely helpful when it came to extending our booking and getting the best rate. Our room was comfortable and Quiet. We had a good meal in Reserve steakhouse. We will return to Harrah’s Joliet in future.
