The town is surrounded by Tanigawa River and the Three Mountains and is the source of the Tone River which is also the water source of the Kanto region

From the end of December to March there are nine ski resorts in the town Niigata Naeba Ski Resort is 30 minutes away making it a snow paradise   
Minakami Town one of the leading outdoor meccas in Japan offers many activities to enjoy   
  
In addition there are orchards for fruit picking craft experience facilities and three roadside stations scattered throughout the town   
There are also many daytrip hot springs and secluded hot springs so Minakami Town has resources that cannot be experienced in one day   
  
The Chibamura Auto Campers Resort is adjacent to the facility just a oneminute walk away so campers can use the campsite and those who spend time indoors can use the facility so there are endless ways to play   
  
There are no unnecessary sounds All y / Fully reserved Experience glamping at a reasonable price   
 Enjoy a relaxing time with your loved ones and friends in a completely private space During the green season you can stay in a glamping tent or in the bedroom inside and in winter it can also be used as a base for skiing and snow play In addition at an altitude of 700m you can have the starry sky all to yourself when the weather is good BBQ grills and other gas stoves are always available so you just need to bring your own foo
