"Long history with Embassy Suites. I travelled for work and spent 30-40 days a year at Embassy Suites. Would normally highly recommend. This time one of two TVs (the one in the main room) did not work. We had to call the front desk to get glasses for water and cups for coffee. At check-in, there were two people at the front desk. The woman checked in four guest, while the man read something on his computer. Later the same man, when asked to make change for a twenty, suggested I ask the valets or see if the restaurant could do that, “when they opened”. Later, when I mentioned that the service for tipping charged a fee with each use, the same man looked at me and scrubbed his shoulders. Might not have bothered me at a different site but I believe Embassy Suites can do better."

"Basically, most everything was great. The location was great; the hotel itself is beautiful. All the staff that we interacted with were very professional and very helpful whenever asked a question. There were only two things that were problems. The first was the Wi-Fi did not work in the room we were assigned. After contacting the desk a tech rep came to our room. He told us the system was not working in that part of the hotel. I went to the front desk and conversed with the clerk and requested we be moved to another room. He was very quick to find another room for us and told me to call the desk as soon as we were ready to move and someone would be sent up to assist. I did as asked and a worker arrived and assisted with the move to the other room. The only other thing that was difficult was the bathroom in the second room. It was very tiny. There was barely enough room to move about when using the toilet and when using the shower. However we made it work. These were the only faults/difficulties we encountered."

"Quiet even when close to venues like the convention center and Moda center. I enjoy staying here it’s always comfy beds and all the amenities I need whether I’m attending work or a concert. Staff is always welcoming and the lobby is one of my favorites with lots of seating space and useful amenities like plug ins. I don’t always use the gym but I have and it has all the basics. I do enjoy the top roof restaurant, it’s got a great vibe and the rotating menu is yum!"
