"It is a beautiful residence. This is a relatively new residence, evidenced by all the brand new with tags furniture, lamps, appliances etc. No internet or cable, which was sort of a downer. Did not get the code until 15 minutes after check in time. No coffee or silverware. We only found one spoon. "

"No curtains at all. Small window air conditioning that doesn't cool the whole cabin down. Sketchy ladder screwed into the wall to got to the loft. Any mobility issues beware. Wifi has no internet. Was there less than 30 minutes no reund offered. It is new and clean. "

"The name Cozy house is perfect for this rental. Everything about the house cozy and petfect for my sister and I. I wish we would have got to the house earlier so we could have spent more time on the front porch or by the fire pit. We will definately keep this house in mind when we are looking for a place to stay again in 2026 during our next reunion"

"We were three families and everyone including the kids had a great time. There were plenty of activities to enjoy and the beach was within walking distance from the house. They even provided a wagon for convenience. The only minor drawback was the lack of facial tissues, but that didn’t take away from our fun-filled trip."
