"The parking was cheaper and easier than downtown areas. We had plans for activities downtown Chicago by Grant Park. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient to get on the Orange line directly there within a block. I have been to Chicago many times and this was the first non-stressful transportation time. The transportation was safe to take. The staff was so helpful in explaining how the transportation works and where to go along with the necessary apps. The hotel was walking distance to a variety of food. The area was safe and overall cheaper than downtown. I would definitely highly recommend for families or folks staying even if they have activies downtown! "

"We went for Lollapalooza and it was a really great location - just accross the street. I didn't love the check in process as you check in yourself on tablets (there is someone to help if you need it though), but the tablet just kept freezing and I had to go to the next one after having tried a few times on the first tablet. Other than that, this is a great location really close to downtown and museums. About 1 mile from Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile but if you don't feel like walking that far, the Lyft rides are about $9 on avg to get around. I loved the pool, so beautiful. The room had everything we needed and love that it's an apt so you have a kitchen. It doesn't have a bar or restaurant inside but right next to it on either side there's a grocery and restaurants. Staff was friendly and it's locked at night w/ security so it feels safe as well. "
