« This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. First, it is close to everything, and we were able to walk to many of the sights on our list. Second, the food in the area is plentiful and easily accessible. A few additional items: it doesn't have an elevator, so do be aware of that. We didn't mind even being on the top floor. It's so charming and has such a rich history; we were happy with the accommodations. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a nice little fridge and sink area for food and...

« Idéalement placé l'hotel est un excellent point de départ pour visiter la ville. Le service etait parfait. Seul bémol : la climatisation est tombée en panne le 2 ème soir et le service technique nous a apporté un ventilateur car la climatisation ne pouvait être réparée. Compte tenu de la chaleur il nous a été impossible de rester dans la chambre. On nous en a proposé une autre de même catégorie. Agréable surprise le matin de notre départ, le parking pour le 2 nuits nous a été offert. »

« We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel! »

"À notre arrivée, nous avons chaleureusement été accueillies par Malik avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme. Cela étant, une fois dans la chambre, la porte de la salle de bain était coincée dans le mur nécessitant l’intervention du staff et ce, à 2 reprises. Le personnel de l’accueil ayant géré la situation a fait preuve d’une certaine nonchalance.. Il a fait assez froid la nuit dans la chambre. En partant, une partie de la poignée nous est restée dans la main.."
