"I really enjoyed the bartender. He was very pleasant and helpful. The manager at the bar was exceptional as well. Front desk lady was pleasant and understanding. I did not like that you have to pay for parking when they have a private parking lot. Also the incidental fee was $100.00 I thought that waa a bit expensive as well. The bathroom waa really tight. "

"I throughly enjoyed my stay here, it was affordable for my family and there are restaurants and shopping conveniently located nearby. I enjoyed the free daily breakfast bar and its selection, I was also happy to see chocolate milk offered as this is a current favorite for my picky little eater. The room was clean, updated and quite large as well as quiet. I will stay here again during my next visit to the Short Pump area and will also consider it for a visit to the Richmond area in general as there is a nearby bus stop and the public transportation is top tier. Thank you Wingate for a most wonderful stay! "

"The only thing I think needs a upgrade is the pool area small and wasn’t the best..I I may have also been the time of the year we went too Wasn’t hot enough yet for the pool "

"The Quirk hotel is a pink lovers dream! The property was clean and beautifully decorated and enriched in art. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the mural on our room wall was actually hand painted which lead me to do research and I was blown away that several other rooms had their own individual hand painted murals too. The staff was amazing- every one from check-in to the rooftop bar to the valet, everyone we encountered was so kind. We will definitely stay there again during a future visit to the area. "

"The hotel gives a boutique vibe and is very cozy. I only stayed for a night, but it was very clean, very comfortable, the staff was very kind, check in/ check out was a breeze, and I would absolutely stay here again. The parking deck next door wasn’t bad either with being only $15 if you enter after 6pm and leave before 11am the next morning."
