"Extremely peaceful setting! Loved being out on the deck and listening to the birds and watching the swan family swimming around the lake. Very comfortable home with lots of space for everyone. Loved the cooktop grill and hot tub, very nice additions! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were ants, so keep your food cleaned up and off the floor. "This property is a gem! You walk in to a tray of snacks and after 5 hours of traveling, it’s just what we needed. Everything was clean and organized and so cozy and comfy. We didn’t have time to enjoy the kayaks as we were there for a wedding but take a moment in the morning with your tea or coffee and swing on the chair and you will be at peace! "Our son got married at Railside and this place was perfect for our stay. So close to the venue and we enjoyed a great dinner one night in downtown Byron Center. Also walked the Kent Trail a few times which was beautiful! Close to groceries, gas etc. Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Groomsman stopped by on their way to the venue and enjoyed a nice lunch. We got subs from the catering menu at Subway in town. They were so nice and helpful and it was really good! "Clean, comfy, and close to everything we needed. Traveling with our teens, it was nice to have the basement area with an additional couch, tv, and bedroom. It was on a busy street but we had no issues. Fans and extra blankets were also provided."

"Ideal setup for an active family. Amazing number of amenities including indoor pool and hot tub, indoor game room with basketball, air hockey, pool, pickleball, etc. Lots of kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats and more. Our favorite was a Hobie board which is kind of a combination paddleboard and exercise machine. The hosts were very helpful and inviting. The lake was clean and quiet especially for an all-sports lake on a holiday weekend. We will definitely consider coming back next summer. "
