One issue was the lack of quality mattress in front bedroom so we had to rearrange beds between both rooms to be able to sleep comfortably. A thicker mattress like motels have would have been better. But the location was great, so many things to do within a 20 minute drive. Grand Haven is only 45 minutes away. The ping pong table was fun, basement was nice. The beds though were not comfortable, the king sized one was hard a rock, the other was saggy, and the two beds in the basement were very springy. It was easy check in, and check out, the house was nice but maybe landscaping can be done? The weeds were little bit too much, it could be amazing if the landscaping was kept up, and maybe a firepit in the backyard or a small grill? The window in the bathroom doesn't close, or lock right, no vent in the bathroom either, but it was easy to close the window from the outside. We did end up leaving something there because we couldn't get back in, but it wasn't too important and it was raining, but the owner was helping as much as he could. They have a take a penny leave a penny theory, but maybe don't do that with food items? There was half eaten ice cream in the freezer. The TV in the basement didn't work, but that's ok we kept entertained with the ping pong table. Address right to location. Roomy and just perfect for what we needed it for. We did not cook at home, but did use coffee maker. Beds were a little hard, but we did ok. You can hear traffic, fire truck traffic often. Walls seem a little thin. Not enough comfortable seating in living room, but we managed.
