"Everything was fine wth my room, very clean & good condition. I used the refrig & micro. It said there was a continental brkfast but it was an excellent hot & cold breakfast! The employee who stood out to me was Gabby Hall at the front desk! I witnessed her handle & resolve several situations wth respect & a smile! Thank you for my two nt stay!"

"The only complaint I have is the lack of gas stations or corner stores AND how far it was from New Jersey Penn Station. The hotel was nice, quiet and the staff was friendly."

"I needed a hotel room in New Brunswick because my husband had open heart at RWJ and I needed a place for 10 days where I could just eat and shower. The bed was so comfortable but I was often in tears and Ruby at the front desk was just incredible. She helped me with parking and even left me a little fruit tray in my room with the sweetest note. I was heartbroken and exhausted every day and the Hyatt kept me going when I was running on fumes. Hyatt was human at a time when I needed a small comfort away from home. I will never forget their kindness and I will never forget Ruby. My heart will always be with Hyatt....<3 "

"The staff was super friendly! It was just a one night stay but the shuttle service to the airport was great! Got dropped off right at the terminal! Place was very clean which I’m big on!!"

"The room we were given had adjoining doors on both sides. The sound from both adjacent rooms travelled easily through these doors. It is a big hotel and I am not sure why they would put guests in rooms right beside each other if they had the space not to do so."
