"The hotel was good. We were going on a cruise, and the boat was docked right across the street. All the staff was friendly and courteous."

"This was a business trip. The hotel is subpar but the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Per hotel policy No flexibility for late check out under any circumstances and a fee for early check in was applied when the room became available @ 2:15pm The hotel prefers you hangout in their lobby for hours instead of checking you in. I will not stay there again. In all my years of business travel this is the first time I’ve encountered this. "

"Have stayed here twice and I dont think I will ever come back. There is always something wrong with the elevators, the kickbacks are usually just chips and salsa and not everybody can have tomato. And always loud."

"The front desk were excellent nice and friendly but housekeeping did a real bad job in our room and on one of the days they didn’t clean our room and we had to call so they could at least give us towels and throw out the trash! The carpet in the hallway are done so bad that I couldn’t roll my suitcase and they look very dirty! My husband and I were very disappointed and lastly the room I booked I did that get I book a room with a couch and I got a little desk and chair. Very disappointed "
