The inside of the rooms were dirty. Not mopped or vacuumed. One room that was given to me had old food in the fridge. Dusty in the room as well bad housekeeping employees. Things should be wiped down due to sickness. That's part of sanitizing.

Definitely not what we were expecting being that we had stayed at a Redroof plus before. The front desk person was rude and not very welcoming. The elevator was very slow. The property was old, dingy and in need of updates. The pillows were flat as a pancake and the beds were not comfortable. We were very glad that we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours on our way through town. There are plenty of other hotels in this area and we really wished we had booked any of the others. Definitely would not stay again or recommend.

I checked out my room and forget my safe box and someone took it and then front desk didn’t care and acted like I was lying. I’ve lost important government documents and it was just full of change. I hope that it was worth it!!!
