The location is beautiful and amazing on a peaceful farm out in the country. There is no phone service in this area, but the WiFi works great and has no problem making or receiving phone calls. If anyone plans on traveling down that way I would definitely look into this place, because if I come back...

"This home exceeded our expectations. And we have high ones! The location of the property was convenient to Franklin, Leipers, and Cool Springs. The beds were so comfortable, there were towels left for us by the back door for the hot tub (which was nice and hot waiting for our arrival), and the hosts even left sweet gifts to make our stay even more special. We watched movies in front of the fire and enjoyed watching nature out of all the huge windows in every room. We will be returning in the...
