She brought a friend along, and they had the best time. The open backyard gave them plenty of space to run and play, and the tire swing was a huge hit—they spent hours out there just being kids.One of the highlights was getting to visit the chickens each day. The girls were so excited every morning to go out and say hello. One of the evenings, we all gathered around the fire pit to make s’mores, which made for such special memories.The house itself was warm, clean, and homey—just what we were hoping for. It’s close enough to Chattanooga that we could easily do all the fun touristy things during the day, but far enough out that we got to enjoy quiet, peaceful nights.This place had the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because there were a few unexpected things missing from the description/host information: 1) the wood stove wasn’t actually for use which was a bummer since it was shown in pictures and was a deciding factor for us between a couple stays, 2) a couple of men came to the house to check on the chickens at night without prior notice (they were great/friendly but not an ideal unexpected situation for a more remote stay), and 3) the screen for the oven was not working which made it difficult to cook our dinner. Other wise, would recommend for a weekend (or longer) get away! ##### Pooja P.
