"It’s a nice looking hotel. However, extremely long line and wait time for check-in. There was only one line and it went from one end of the hotel all the way to the front entrance. Terrible customer service and staff didn’t accommodate for stay. I wasn’t expecting to arrive and have to wait 2+ hours for a room I made advanced reservations for. I can be patient, but I don’t have that much patience to be camping out in the lobby. Now, I understood the busyness due to the holiday season, but they need to incorporate a better logistics system in order to improve the guest experiences. Just hire me as the operations manager because I actually care about efficiency 3/10 for the stay, 10/10 for my potential to fix it lol"

The hotel staff where all very friendly, the property is clean and well maintained, and the location is great. The hotel is close to all the Theaters, transportation and many sites. I would definitely stay again."
