« Owner Double booked the condo for the weekend. We had to find a place to stay at 1030-11 pm at night for the weekend. Not happy after a long drive and then in the middle of downtown late at night with our suitcases and not able to get ahold of the owner to figure out what was going on because there were no keys in the lock box. We use Vrbo for all of our trips and this trip but a bad taste in our mouths. »

« The location was perfect for the Detroit Marathon, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself worked well for our stay. However, the building has other units where people were actively smoking marijuana, and the smell carried into the apartment throughout our visit. The host recognizes the issue but unable to resolve it since it came from neighboring units. As someone sensitive to smoke and strong odors, I would have appreciated knowing prior to booking....
