If parking outside the building it is $50/night/car. Or park 8min walk away which cost approx. $10/night/car. - At night the whole area turns into a giant party and cars parking inches from yours. - Cops are stationed outside at night, heavily armed. - Felt very unsafe during the my stay. - Very bad order on the outside. - Back deck is a view of the alley, not the front skyscrapers. Also walking distance to the people-mover that can get you all around Detroit. Area feels safe, though with a bit of a homeless-presence right outside. House is great and comfortable, not the luxury of a modern place with all en suite baths and King beds, if that's what you're looking for, but this place has more character.
