One bedroom apartment furnished. Bedroom queen bed and rollaway bed by request only (3rd person). Dining area, kitchenette, private entrance and onsite parking. Home is close to everything nearby grocery store and shopping center & mins from I-95 and turnpike. You’re centrally-located between MIA & Ft Lauderdale airport and minutes from mostly everything.
**Weekdays reservation check in time is after 6pm or for early check in arrange time with host 24hr prior to checking in. (MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND CONFIRM ALL SAME DAY BOOKING)**. I will do my best to accommodate you.
Wi-Fi & premium channels.
For pets see fee &rules. Transportation is available ( to/from airport and events) with prior arrangements for an additional fee

If you have pet please add it to reservation otherwise you will be immediately required to pay an penalty fee for the pet and/or asked to leave for not following house rules.

If there is more than 2 people on reservation please add additional person to the reservation to avoid any penalty

To call this place in apartment is an insult to apartments everywhere. When we read the word apartment in implies a separate unit with one entrance. This was a subdivided house with multiple entrances to the living space and a dirty and smelly shared bathroom. Had we known about any of these facts, We would never have rented this subdivided house. Anyone could have picked the lock on either of the two doors and gained entry to our space.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL SAFETY ISSUE IS CORRECTED: The Bathroom is not clearly disclosed that the bathroom is a Jack n Jill bathroom. It is the last sentence. The guests in the other room can come into the bathroom at any time. There’s absolutely nothing stopping them from coming in when you are in there. It needs a safety lock added like any hotel room has. This will keep the door locked while you're in the bathroom. The limited parking is you have to park on the front lawn. The address listed on the email after booking is incorrect, you have to go all the way to the bottom in small print to see where it says, address change. Why can't it be changed at the top. You 're having people drive to the wrong address.
