This property is functional near the airport, convenient and clean. It’s just a little bit old, but the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable and the hot water is unlimited.

The staff is really lovely and they do thier jobs very well! But the cleanliness of the rooms was sub par. The room I originally booked smelled strongly of mildew or black mould. I have allergies and I couldn’t sleep in there. The staff were wonderful and changed rooms. The new room was much better and featured a bathroom with a fun jacuzzi style soaker tub I enjoyed. The beds were reasonably comfortable if you like firmness. However, they really needed to give the place a deep cleaning. There was black mildew around the soap dish and tap I could scratch off. and rust coming off the lighting fixture from the humidity in the bathroom. There was also hair in the bathtub and beside the bathtub as if it hadn’t been swept or mopped properly between guests. I give the reception staff five stars, cleanliness is a 1 and facilities are 3. Reception have to put up with a lot of stuff and they handled everything so gracefully even when there were people there who were pretty pushy.

They had roaches!!! My grandbaby woke up to roaches in the bed with her!!! And the pillow that was on my bed, had blood stains on them. I I had taken pictures of the roaches in the bed and the blood stayed on the pillowcase !! I went to the front desk and I told the manager and she told me she would give me my money back and she was sorry about the inconvenience!! But I’m still waiting on my money!! I had booked the hotel for three days. I only stay one The manager stated that she was giving me my money back because of the inconvenience with the roaches and the and the blood on the pillow !! But I still have not received the credit but the other two days that I didn’t stay after she told me that she was gonna refund me my money

Overall my stay was ok. I was expecting dining options as I took a shuttle from the airport and did not have transportation.. discovered after my arrival there werent any. Also a little concerned its been 4 days and my credit card hasnt been refunded the security amount yet. I most certainly did not trash or otherwise wreck my room in anyway, so if it is just that slow to process.. you may want to look at changing that.
