Room very clean and service was great

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Grand Vilas. The room were spacious and well appointed. All the restaurants food and service were excellent especially Frida and Autor. Would have returned to Autor for a 3rd time if we had a longer stay. Nirvana, our concierge was excellent and proactive. Service was excellent and consistent. We would certainly return and recommend.

The hotel seems brand new - the rooms are sparkling clean and fresh feeling. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel and the coffee bar offer delicious food and the staff is warm and welcoming. My hunch is that the hotel is still easing into being in business and they bent over backwards to make my stay a nice one.

We loved our stay at Hotel El Ganzo, the moment we arrived we were greeted with immaculate service from the friendly staff. Ronaldo provided fresh lemonade at check-in and carried our bags to our room for us while telling us about the grounds and hours on the way. The rooftop pool was the main reason for booking and it exceeded our expectations, endless lounging spots and attentive servers. We spent our mornings in the fitness centre and at the ground-level lap pool and it was much more quaint...

Beautiful facility with wonderful staff. Whats not to like. The many stairs might be a problem for a handicapped person but good exercise otherwise and is the price to pay for outstanding views.

This place exceeded my expectations. The rooms are super modern, updated, and immaculate. The cleaning services are great and the views from the room are very nice. I love the location. Super close to all the restaurants, food and beach. I would come back. The hotel food is a bit expensive and the local restaurants are better.

This resort is top quality in food, service, room cleanliness ... everything. We loved it. We upgraded to a swim out room and it was amazing. Very quiet and far from Cabo for a day trip and if you are looking for elegance and a romantic holiday this is the place. I can't say enough good things about it. The food was amazing and the staff are all the best.

Really loved the stay here, great service great food and drinks, I would recommend it and come back again

Was not a lot to do in the resort after dinner

Room spotless, staff curtious, restaurants/food aboveboard. Shows/evening entertainment vibrant &superb! The Marina, downtown, public beaches all within the convenience of walking distance from the resort. Beautiful resort nestled within the rocks of Cabo, Pacific Ocean lining the coast behind the pools. Rooms overlooking the busy Marina, with Oceanliners docked outside the Bay Area. Vibrant Beautiful Cabo~ Graci ❤️

Our 26 day stay was very enjoyable. The staff were excellent and reflected a service oriented culture management should be proud of. Our housekeeper, Janeth, was exceptional in her work and at communicating in English and wanting to learn more. The setting is relaxing with options to be part of the daily activities or enjoy areas around the complex that are quiet and relaxing. The shuttle service between the 4 Mazatlan El Cid resorts was handy and also provided easy access to the Gold Zone and...

Staff was amazing. Food options were very good for all inclusive. Our flight was later in day, staff gave us late check out and hospitality suite to shower/change in. Great stay!

The staff was excellent! The service was fast and polite. The poolside staff in particular were very friendly and worked very quick. The hotel was larger than expected so to get from rooms to restaurants to the beach was long. The resort was beautiful and clean. I would return to this resort but I would get a room closer to the pool.

Lots of hwy noise other than that it is a beautiful property.

This was our first time out of country and Sirena Del Mar was the perfect choice. We aren't the partying type and this place was very tranquille. 180° view of the ocean and you can see the famous arch. The staff were very friendly and always near if you had a question. The grounds were very well maintained.

The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open...
