"Perfect place to stay! Private area of the lake, got Lakeview room and it was a beautiful view. With a cute little fire place that works with a switch. Honesty loved the place, nice quiet place. Parking was easy to find. Plan on coming back here everytime I come to big bear. "

"Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. I didn’t get towels until the next day after driving to another property they manage to find someone in person. The WiFi password was also not provided, and no one answered calls or messages for hours. There were cleanliness and maintenance issues as well. The heater didn’t work, and there were used towels from previous guests left in the shower, which made us question how well the unit was cleaned. At checkout, I requested a 30-minute extension since my pregnant wife needed a bit more rest, but there was no response and we had to leave on time. Overall, not a good experience. Lower price or not, basic customer service, communication, and cleanliness should not be compromised."

"This cabin is unapologetically small. We didn’t mind this except that the bed was too small and we could only exit it from one side. The management was very nice and answered our call quickly when our modem didn’t work."

"We were looking for a relaxing weekend and we got it. The property is beautiful and is very quiet and peaceful. we stay in cabin #10 its was cute and perfect for our family. I like that it had 2 bathrooms. We love the view from our room, we open the blinds and we could see the stars. we had a great time at the firepit which it was right outside our cabin. quiet time was at 10 pm unfortunately our neighbors were so loud they didn't stop until 2am. in the morning we notice a water leak from the Kitchen light fixture, looks like there's a bathroom right above our cabin kitchen. not a big deal for us because we were just leaving, but in the future, I would like to book the same cabin, and I would not like to see that leak."

"This is hands down my favorite home rental experience to date. The house itself was absolutely spectacular... Spotlessly clean and stocked with more amenities than we could have ever expected. The host was amazing as well... Incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The location is another huge plus, with plenty of nearby activities and attractions to enjoy. Our group of 12 had more than enough space to spread out comfortably, which made the stay even more enjoyable. And the game room? Just as impressive as everything else... Such a fun bonus!I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate... You definitely won’t regret it!"
