"This was my first time at a hotel in Big Bear, and I can’t wait to go again. There was an arcade for the kids, a bar for adults and walking distance to the Village. "

"Destination Big Bear was a great host. Granted us early access and a late departure, no question. The house was good, it fit our family of 10 adults, two kids and one big dog. The outside ambience was lacking due to the lake remaining low. We tried to use the Jacuzzi but after 4 hours of heating it, it only rose to 97 degrees. "

"Everything was clean, the cabin was absolutely lovely, towels and mini toiletries were set up nicely! It was a huge bummer that there was no snow and no water in the jacuzzi to use but overall was a great stay "
