"Cabin was quaint and back yard was nice but the cabin smelled awful. Bed had a massive pee stain. Living furniture stunk even after we bought a febreeze fabric spray to try and help. All the furniture with fabric needs replacement. Cute but would not stay again."

"They upgraded our room so we had lakefront with a balcony. The view is incredible. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean and no issues with hot or cold water as some others had experienced it. The staff are very nice and accommodating. It’s near The Village where all the shops are at. Highly recommended "
"Had a late check-in and Hether was an absolute doll and got to the office super quick. The property itself is beautiful...but just wait until night hits. The soft glow of lights around the property sets an amazing mood. Our cabin (Rustic Romance) was so cozy and inviting. Kichen, utensils, fridge, soap and sponges for dishes...its all there. My one and only gripe is the shower tends to get the floor wet. Other than that, this place has become our escape from city life. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this warm and inviting cabin. The views were stunning, the beds were super comfortable, and the couch was perfect for relaxing after a day out. It really felt like a home away from home.One of the best parts for us was how dog friendly the place is. We brought our two dogs, and they loved it just as much as we did. It’s not always easy to find places that welcome pets and still feel this cozy and well cared for.The location was also a huge plus. It’s just minutes from Big Bear Village, which made it easy to explore shops, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy everything the area has to offer while still feeling tucked away in a peaceful mountain setting.The host was friendly and responsive. We appreciated how smooth and easy everything was from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Big Bear."

"We had an incredible time at this property! The hosts were very responsive and at the time of our stay, it was pet friendly. It’s right across from Boulder Bay so we were able to walk to the lake. The house has a pool table and board games for our school aged children to play. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and taking in the beautiful view!! We were also just a short drive into town! "
