Even if you filter for "listings with a hot tub" on the Vrbo site this listing still shows up which is false. The parking situation was a headache. The owners say only 2 cars are allowed at the property, however there are rules printed inside the house that say a 3rd car is allowed to park there. There are no assigned parking spaces in the lot and our neighbor parked in front of our house, so our 2 cars looked like 3 when the neighbor was there. Code Enforcement came to our house 3 times saying other people called to complain! Thankfully some of our guests were home each of those 3 times to explain the situation. If we weren't there to talk to Code Enforcement they would have towed one of our cars! I don't like having to play defense while on vacation. Overall, I'd say the property itself was very nice, but the parking misunderstanding could've easily ruined our vacation. Be cautious. ##### COLE H.
