Beautiful property with pleasant amenities and service.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They promptly replied to all of my emails which was very rare in Italy. Very spacious place with laundry, Nespresso machine, etc. I loved it. I’ll absolutely come back on my next trip.

Valentina and Paola were fantastic!! Would gladly stay there again.

Mark, the management team was superb. Excellant communications before and during the stay. He tried to help us arrange everything beforehand. Highly recommend this place.

Great location - close to Venezia S. Lucia train station and the bus station, so you don't have to travel too far into the island if you have luggage. Close to ALL events and attractions - no need to walk miles and/or rent a water taxi. See if you can get a balcony room for a greater experience.

The young lady at the reception was very kind and very helpful 😀! We will be back for sure!

I would highly recommend this property, it was very very clean and the staff was very helpful and gave clear directions to the property. They were very quick in answering any questions that I had and helped with directions for best ways to navigate the city.

Personnel courtois. Une erreur dans la description de la chambre indiquait qu'il y avait une cuisinette alors qu'il n'y en avait pas pour une chambre standard. Il aurait fallu payer 50$ de plus mais la réception de l'hôtel a acceptée de nous le faire au même prix
