"Staff tried hard but ownership obviously doesn’t care about guests. They were woefully understaffed, same person worked day and night, reception and “housekeeping” I had to stay here 19 days and the sheets and towels were never changed, nobody even offered. I had to beg for toilet paper and clean towels from the front desk. “Breakfast” was Little Debbie honeybuns - and NOTHING ELSE! Lukewarm and stale coffee and cheap OJ from a dirty pitcher. Pathetic. The hallways constantly reeked of weed, and several times of meth being smoked in rooms. I understand this is a cheap motel but some care needs to taken. Hire some staff, clean the rooms and try to keep the tweekers under control."

Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment. The facility was worn down looking and the staff were far from accommodating. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location."
