« The room was a bit dated. The aircon was noisy but it helped drown out the sound of prayers from the adjacent mosque at 4:30am as there was inadequate sound proofing. For the price (cheap) it was ok, but it’s not what I would call grand, nor is it clear what it is central to. If I needed to be up early and was ok with not wanting anything flashy, I would stay there again, but if I wanted to sleep in or have something more luxurious, I would not. »

« J'ai réservé mon séjour avec plus d'un mois d'avance, une chambre NON-FUMEUR. Je n'ai pas réservé dernière minutes. et quand je suis arrivée à l'hotel pour prendre ma chambre, on nous a dit que l'hotel était complet et que nous devrions prendre une chambre fumeur. Pour moi, cette erreur est très grave puisque ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé. De plus, l'odeur de la cigarette est très dérangeante pour ceux qui ne fume pas et au Canada la cigarette c'est pas comme en Indonésie, cela est de plus...

"Points positifs : Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Points négatifs : chambre mal isolée et vétuste (beaucoup de rouille dans la salle de bain, chutes de bouts de plâtres du plafond, ménage non fait sous le lit…). La salle de sport est extrêmement mal entretenue, beaucoup de machines sont rouillées et inutilisables. C’est très en-dessous de la qualité habituelle hôtels Mercure. "
