« My stay was horrible; the 1st room had a broken lock so it didn’t work. I went to get a different room and that room, which she said was just cleaned, had a clogged toilet full of poop. So I got a 3rd room and that one had pools of water all over the floor. They didn’t even comp my room or make an effort to remedy the horrible experience. I will never be returning to this location. »

« The only two positives about this place was the cold a/c and the woman working the front desk when I arrived. Otherwise, this property is terrible. I just stayed at a Motel 6 off 1604 near Bandera Rd. in San Antonio, Tx and it was wonderful. I booked this one thinking they were of the same caliber. I was wrong. There was trash all over the parking lot and the hotel was at capacity with people on extended stays. Essentially meaning that they live there. There was no where to park near the rooms,...
