"Breakfast was mediocre 😕. NO bacon as advertised. Instant eggs were mushy. Room was wonderful & super clean. Nice sheets/bedding. We slept very well."

"Was not allowed to check in and they still charged me the room fee for the night. I booked for my daughter and she was denied access to the room. She was told that we were going to get a full refund, but the claim was denied. I’m not sure if this was Expedia or LivAway. I was charged the room fee for the night even though, LivAway denied access to the room. I’m attaching all the receipts."

"The room was not clean and smelled really bad when we entered. We found a HUGE roach in the bathroom as soon as we entered. We had to get to an early appointment the next day so we couldn’t speak to the desk until the next afternoon. The lady at the desk told us she could switch rooms for us. But when she called back she said that the hotel was completely booked and there was no way we could have a different room. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend a few dollars more and stay some where that’s decent."

"None of our outlets worked, kinda run down but it’s a place to sleep. Pancakes were paper thin a machine made them for you, the bagel and bread smelled bad. The orange juice was like water. "

"I hate to be this way, but this place was awful. The staff was nice, but that’s all I can say that’s good. We were there on a busy weekend for TXST, and everything else was sold out, or we would’ve left. Our room was dirty (my wife went to Target and had to buy a thing of chlorine wipes to clean it). Window held together with duct tape, mini-fridge leaked in spite of a weird hose they had rigged to try to drain the water from the non-working ice maker. Yellow spots on the bathroom walls where fixtures had been removed. Beds with broken springs and creaks. My wife and daughter slept in top on beds due to how suspect the sheets were. Crumbs and filthy from previous guests under mattress. Junk and old appliances around pool, ice machine barely worked. The family clearly loves in the hotel. There’s a group of rooms with no numbers, but the heavy smell of whatever kitchen they have in there. (It’s Indian food, no way to hide that, but jeez, install a vent). I thought the other reviewers were exaggerating. We’re were there for two nights, luckily it was late I to the second night before we saw our first cockroaches, which were in the bathroom. Look, I can handle the “charm” of old and broken down. But a motel should at least be clean. This place is a flip house and should be no more than $30 a night at most."

"I had a good experience at the front desk. The young men at the front desk, when I arrived was very nice and friendly. I had accidently booked a room online with 2 queen beds, (Smoking), and good thing there was a non-smoking room available. The young switch it, the A/C unit was good, and had free parking. The morning breakfast included, coffee, muffins, bagels, 2 kind of cereals, and fruits, and at the time they had apples. The apples were nice, and dark red, of course, but the one I grabbed and bit on, had a brownish color which I thought was seeds in the middle. So, I showed the young girl up front, and asked her to check them out, and she didn't. Next time I know to use a knife and cut it first."
